Preparation

Gear Consumables:

Bring a Silver or Thawing Charm to Path of exile currency remove chill/freezing debuffs.

Equip movement speed buffs to help counter chilling ground effects.

Movement: Dodge rolling is critical to POE currency for sale evade Olroth's skewering melee attacks and avoid chilled ground.

Fight Phases

Phase 1

Olroth uses melee strikes combined with chilling attacks.

An artifact floats around the arena, casting supportive cold attacks and leaving chilled ground.

Position yourself opposite the artifact to give more time to react to its attacks.

Avoid standing in chilled ground patches to prevent freezing or being slowed.

Phase 2

When Olroth's HP drops to around 3 million after the initial 5 million damage, he revives with about 3 million HP.

The artifact becomes more aggressive: firing wider ice beams and covering large parts of the arena in frost.

Olroth will shout "Starfire!" as a warning - reposition immediately.

Continue avoiding frost patches and attacking Olroth with maximum DPS.
