In Israel, 099.net recorded a significant drop in connection speeds. The provider's average rate declined to 2.66 mbps, representing a 0.53 mbps reduction compared to the previous month's 3.19 mbps measurement.

Indonesian provider MNC Play similarly demonstrated weakened performance. Their streaming speeds decreased by 0.35 mbps, settling at a 2.56 mbps average after previously maintaining 2.91 mbps in August.

Conversely, Greece demonstrated positive momentum in global standings. The nation climbed four positions in the country rankings, advancing from 40th place to 36th—mirroring upward trends previously observed in both Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
