Nifty's average speed increased by 0.45 Mbps, reaching a total of 3.15 Mbps, reflecting better prime-time streaming quality.
Meanwhile, Freebit experienced a rise of 0.25 Mbps, now averaging 2.62 Mbps, indicating enhanced service for Netflix viewers.In November, C Spire in the United States experienced the most significant boost in ISP speeds, gaining 0.47 Mbps to reach an average of 3.79 Mbps.
Chile’s Entel also saw improvement, with speeds rising by 0.4 Mbps to an average of 2.55 Mbps.
Down under, Australia’s Dodo/IPRIMUS increased their average speed by 0.21 Mbps, now at 3.97 Mbps.
Meanwhile, Taiwan and Indonesia displayed mixed results in their service performance.
In Taiwan, FarEASTONE’s speeds climbed by 0.2 Mbps to 3.11 Mbps, whereas Taiwan Mobile’s speeds declined by 0.32 Mbps, settling at 2.19 Mbps.
Streaming Performance Rankings
Indosat-fibre in Indonesia recorded another decline,
falling by 0.2 Mbps to a 3.9 Mbps average.
This marks its second consecutive month of significant decrease.
Meanwhile, Neuviz in the country experienced growth,
increasing by 0.27 Mbps to reach a 4.18 Mbps average.While Dodo/Iprimu's rise aided Australia's six-position climb to 12th, reversing last month's decline, Kuwait's Viva saw a notable drop of 0.27 Mbps, landing at a 3.25 Mbps average.
Thailand experienced the most significant fall on the country list, tumbling six places to 15th after two consecutive months of gains.
Norway and Greece also advanced six spots each, now ranking 9th and 28th, respectively.
Conversely, Singapore and Panama each fell four positions, to 16th and 36th.
The Index specifically measures prime-time Netflix streaming performance on an ISP's network, which influences video quality, load times, and reliability.
It is not an indicator of general broadband performance for all online services.
